Раздел общей системы учета внешней торговли, предусматривающий способы и формы статистической оценки количества и стоимостного объема ввозимых в страну (пересекающих государственную границу) товаров,предназначенных для внутригосударственного конечного по- требления или дальнейшей переработки на отечественных предприятиях. Стоимостную оценку импортируемых товаров статистическая комиссия ООН рекомендует производить по ценам ФОБ (f.o.b. value).
